Booking Policy

1.1 A booking at Be Kind is confirmed when a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is paid and received.

1.2 If a booking is made one month before or less than one month before the start date of the retreat/training the whole amount is required to confirm the place.

1.3 International travel Insurance is a requirement for all participants to book a retreat at Be Kind Retreats Bali. Every participant must provide full insurance details at the time of the final payment. Failure to take out travel insurance breaks the contract between Be Kind Retreats Bali and the participant, without forfeiting the paid deposit.  In case of an accident or incident the participant will claim against their individual travel insurance and not to be Kind Retreats Bali.

1.4 Every participant must sign a copy of the participation and liability form before starting the retreat. Failure to do so breaks the contract between Be Kind Retreats Bali and the participant, without forfeiting the paid deposit. 

1.5 Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend Be Kind Retreats Bali. 

1.6 By making a deposit or full payment for any retreat at Be Kind retreats Bali, you are accepting Be Kind Retreat’s Terms and Conditions.

2.    Payment Policy

2.1 A deposit of 20% of the total price must be received 30 days prior to the retreat/training commencement. If the start date of the retreat/training is less than 30 days, full payment is required to secure the booking. Failure to pay within this timeframe results in a cancelled booking without a restitution of the deposit. 

2.2 Transfer fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the participant. 

3.    Cancellation Policy

3.1 Be Kind Retreats Bali will not issue any refund if a participant cancels the booking. A booking can be transferred to another woman in consultation with Be Kind Retreats Bali. Cancellations must be received in writing via email to hello@bekindretreatsbali.com. 

3.2 Be Kind Retreats Bali does not offer any credit or free services for arriving late or departing early or missing activities during the retreat/training. 

3.3 Be Kind Retreats Bali will not be liable for cancellation, failure of, or delay in performing the retreats and her obligations under this agreement due to force majeure events, such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic activity, tornado or other natural disasters or in the case of war, terrorist activities, government sanction, labor dispute or strike, blockage, embargo or epidemic or if previous conditions result in unacceptable danger to the participant.

4.    Prices 

4.1 Prices are subject to change. The participant will be provided with an invoice with the price and services including after booking a retreat. Any additional agreements will be communicated via email. Be Kind Retreats Bali has the right so change her prices without prior notice. 

5.    Services

5.1 Be Kind Retreats Bali has the right to change her retreats or individually agreed retreats and/or services due to extraordinary circumstances or force majeure event, such as external forces, weather and oceanic conditions, governmental regulations, delays of third parties etc. If any essential service in the contract is changed, the participant will be informed as soon as possible in written form. The retreat schedule and inclusions can change at any time without notice. The schedule listed in the brochures or on the website is always applicable.

5.2 Be Kind Retreats Bali has the right to change her location due to unforeseen issues or force majeure events, such as third party delays or problems, construction, governmental regulations, weather and oceanic conditions etc. Be Kind Retreats Bali will ensure the same quality standard will be kept in all the partnering villas / resorts.

5.3 Be Kind Retreats Bali reserves the right to change or modify this policy at anytime. The current policy is always applicable.

6. online trainings & online sessions

6.1 Be Kind Retreats Bali will ask for 20% deposit and the rest of the payment needs to be made 30 days before start of the online training.

6.2 It is possible to cancel up to 30 days before the start of the online training (deposit is non refundable). After 30 days is it not possible to cancel your training.

6.3 1:1 sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours in prior for the 1:1 session. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours, it is not possible to reschedule this session.

6.4 if there is a non show during the session, you teacher will wait 15 minutes. If there is a non show after 15 minutes the session will be cancelled. It is not possible to reschedule this session.

Data Use and Protection

 The participant agrees that she may be photographed and/or filmed during her retreat in connection with retreat activities and also agrees that Be Kind Retreats Bali may use those photos/videos for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent. The participant agrees that Be Kind Retreats Bali may use her personal data for marketing and market research purposes. Be Kind Retreats Bali assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil deliver the requested service. The participant can terminate this agreement at any time in written form via email. In that case, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for marketing/market research purposes.
