This unique designed life coach training is specialised in a holistic perspective on healing work and focusses on holding space for women. After this training you have all the tools you need to start your own coaching business and to feel confident to hold space in coaching sessions or women circles.

We believe in a holistic way of holding space to ourselves and others. This training is for any woman who wants to hold space for other women where they can connect with themselves and one another in profound ways.

Whether you want to cultivate deeper connections with your close friends, family or women from your community, this is an opportunity for you to step into your calling.

There is no prior certification necessary to attend this training. All you need is the desire to bring women closer together.

This training has a IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) accreditation and after graduation this accreditation will be on your certificate.

Topics of lectures.  

Part 1

The pillars of holistic psychology & basics of holistic coaching. We dive deeper into understanding the 6 pillars of holistic psychology pillars and how to integrate them in coaching or therapy.

Part 2

Acceptance and commitment therapy. "We as a culture seem to be dedicated to the idea that ‘negative’ human emotions need to be fixed, managed, or changed—not experienced as part of a whole life. We are treating our own lives as problems to be solved as if we can sort through our experiences for the ones we like and throw out the rest," Hayes writes in a Psychology Today post. "Acceptance, mindfulness, and values are key psychological tools needed for that transformative shift."

Part 3

Inner Child Healing & Emotional Maturity.

What is inner child work? Inner child work is an approach to recognizing and healing childhood trauma. It recognizes that our behaviors as an adult stem from our childhood experiences. Inner child work focuses on addressing our unmet needs by reparenting ourselves. This kind of self-discovery helps us understand our behaviors, triggers, wants, and needs.

Healthy Relationship & Attachment Styles. What is a Conscious Relationship about?

Part 5

A Holistic view of trauma.

Trauma is the invisible force that shapes our lives. It shapes the way we live, the way we love and the way we make sense of the world. It is the root of our deepest wounds.

This training we discover a new vision: a trauma-informed society we are not concerned with fixing behaviours, making diagnoses, suppressing symptoms and judging, but seek instead to understand the sources from which troubling behaviours and diseases spring in the wounded human soul. Pointing us to the path of individual and collective healing.

Part 6

Sacred Ceremonies & Rituals.

Here we dive deeper into the understanding of healing in circles. You will learn everything about women circles and how to hold space for other women.

Final stage:

Start your own business with guidance of your mentors and the women of the community.Closing ceremony and final presentation.

Holistic Coach.

After this training you will be able to coach women in a 1:1 setting or group coaching. You will have a container full of wisdom, knowledge and accountability to start your coaching career.

Women circles.

Women circles are the heart of women's gatherings. Every women circle is a beautiful opportunity to connect with our sisterhood; there is no place for judgement, competition or comparing ourselves to others.

During a circle we share, support and inspire. Women circles have the power to transform the world; to shift from the pressure of perfection to more authenticity and realness - for women by women, circle by circle.

Create your own community.

You can create your own online/offline community and host workshops, circles, retreats and so on. You can create your own dream life with your own business.

Deeper compassion for yourself and others.

Going through the practices will open your eyes, mind and heart. You’ll be able to treat yourself and everyone you meet with deeper understanding and compassion.
